Shipping

Online orders are processed Monday through Friday, excluding national holidays. All domestic shipments are insured and tracked. Shipping costs are calculated at checkout or included on your invoice at time of purchase.

A signature is required upon delivery for all packages. Tracking information will be provided once the package has been released to the courier. Once transferred to the carrier, responsibility for transit timing and route belongs to the courier. If your package arrives visibly damaged or is missing items, please contact us within immediately with supporting photographs of the box, packaging, and contents. Delays due to weather, route interruption, or carrier hold are outside our control, though we will support tracking or carrier communication should assistance be required.

At this time, Endou Keur only ships within the United States. If you are interested in future international availability, please contact info@endoukeur.com.

If a package is returned due to:

  • refusal of delivery,

  • repeated missed delivery attempts, or

  • incorrect address provided,

re-shipment costs will apply.

RETURNS

Your satisfaction is of upmost importance to us at Endou Keur. If you have any issues at all, please reach out immediately to info@endoukeur.com.

Unless otherwise noted, all unworn, ready-to-ship pieces may be considered for return.

Returns are only accepted with written notice sent within 72 hours of delivery to info@endoukeur.com. If approved, a return label will be provided by Endou Keur. Please note return costs will be deducted from the final refund amount. The piece must be shipped back using the label emailed to you and be received within 7 days of the return authorization.

A 10% restocking fee will be deducted from eligible refunds.

We reserve the right to decline a return if the piece is not received in new, unworn, and untouched condition, including:

  • signs of wear or alteration

  • the absence of any of the original packaging, tags, and inserts intact

Pieces showing wear, use, alteration, resizing, or third-party modifications cannot be accepted and will be returned to the client.

Returns are not accepted for:

  • made-to-order or customized pieces

  • natural variation of stones and minerals

  • patina or minor surface changes due to handling

  • chemical exposure including perfume, lotion, sunscreen, or cleaning agents
