  • We do our best to accurately display product images and descriptions; due to the handmade and natural-material nature of jewelry, some variation may occur.

  • Prices shown are in USD (unless otherwise specified). Taxes, duties, and import fees may apply depending on destination, these are the buyer’s responsibility.

4. Orders & Acceptance

  • Your order becomes binding when we send you a confirmation email.

  • We reserve the right to cancel or refuse any order for reasons including suspected fraud, payment failure, shipping restrictions, or stock errors.

  • If we cancel after payment, you will receive a full refund.

5. Payment & Pricing

  • Payment must be completed at checkout.

  • Accepted payment methods: as listed on Site (credit cards, etc.).

  • We may update prices at any time; price changes do not affect orders already placed and confirmed.

6. Shipping & Delivery

  • Orders are shipped after final inspection.

  • Domestic and international shipping options will be displayed at checkout.

  • For launch and select collections, we may offer complimentary 2-day insured courier service. Shipping terms are subject to location and courier availability.

  • Risk of loss or damage passes to you upon courier pickup or transfer.

7. Returns & Exchanges

  • Your satisfaction matters to us. If anything is not as expected, please contact info@endoukeur.com.

  • Due to the limited-edition nature of each piece, returns are only considered with written notification within 72 hours of delivery.

  • If your order arrives damaged, incorrect, or compromised in transit, please email within 72 hours with clear photographs of the item and packaging. We will review and advise on repair or replacement at our discretion.

  • Normal wear, natural patina, or damage caused by handling, chemicals, impact, or third-party alterations are not eligible for return or repair under this policy.

8. Intellectual Property & Content Use
